How is this different from melatonin?
Melatonin is a hormone that tells your body it is time to sleep. Veroza contains no melatonin. It gives your body magnesium, vitamin D3 and zinc, nutrients many adults don't get enough of. It is not habit-forming and you can take it every day.
When should I take it?
Take 2 gummies once a day, ideally with or after dinner, 1 to 2 hours before bed. Chew them well. If evenings don't suit you, any time of day is fine; consistency matters more than timing.
How soon will I notice a difference?
Everyone is different. Some people notice they unwind more easily in the first week or two; for others it takes longer. Take it daily for at least 4 to 8 weeks before judging, which is why we give you 60 nights to try it.
Can I take it with my medication?
